A current credit/debit card number is required in order to make a reservation. No monies are drawn from the account and these details are only held to confirm your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, the proprietors reserve the right to make a charge in accordance with the cancellation policy. The full charge will be taken if no cancellation is received and guests fail to arrive. (Please  note we regret we do not take American Express).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival - no charge.
Cancellations made 48 -24hrs prior to arrival - full charge for first night will be taken.
Cancellations within 24hrs - full charge for stay will be taken.
For group bookings (4 or more rooms)  2 weeks advance notice must be given or full charge for booking will be taken.

We are a "dog friendly" hotel and provided your dog is quiet and well behaved, they are welcome to stay in your room with you at a charge of £7.50 per dog per night.

Our rooms are all on first or second floor, there are NO ground floor rooms, and being a listed building, we have no lift. Porterage is always provided.
