Car parking
Free, onsite, lit car parking for up to 30 cars

We provide a laundry service – tariffs are displayed in the rooms

Smoking
We are a completely non-smoking hotel

Currency and credit cards accepted
We accept £ sterling and travellers cheques ,Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Electron. All cheques require to be accompanied by a valid bank card.

Medical
Medical services are available in Pitlochry

Dogs
We allow dogs in the hotel by previous arrangement provided they are quiet and well behaved. There is a small charge per dog per night

Special diets
We will attempt to cater for most special diets and these must be discussed beforehand.
Vegetarian options are available at all times on our daily menu

Children and families
We have a limited number of rooms which can accommodate extra beds for children. The charge for this is £15.00 per child and includes breakfast. Children’s meals are charged as taken
Cots and high chairs are available. We do not have baby listening facilities.

Packed and picnic meals
Packed lunches are available – must be ordered by 20.00 the previous evening. These are perfect for cyclists and walkers.

What is and is not included in price
All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the ruling rate. There is no service charge. Gratuities are at the customers’ discretion

We can help you plan visits to local attractions, nights at the theatre, nature and heritage trails, guided walks and a host of outdoor and adventure activities on the local estates and surrounding countryside, rivers, hills and mountains.

Valuables
Can be stored in our safe at reception

Communications – email, fax, modem &c facilities
Fax and photocopying facilities are available at reception. The hotel does not have email/internet facilities for guests

Special occasions – if you’re celebrating one during your stay....we can make it memorable....
Champagne, chocolates, flowers, and roses. Celebration cakes, gourmet packed lunches. Breakfast in bed by arrangement.
