Holidays and short breaks in Highland Perthshire are not complete without at least some time allocated for that number one activity………shopping! And nearby Perth's compact city centre has arguably the best range of speciality shops in Scotland.

Must visits locally are The House of Bruar - Scotland's most prestigious country store and for many, no trip to Scotland is complete without visiting 'The Home of Country Clothing' - the wonderful whisky shop at McPhersons, Pitlochry – and McNaughtons tartans, highland dress and superb outdoor clothing store in Pitlochry.

Local crafts people abound. Hunt out some truly stunning handcrafted ceramics, jewellery, woollens, leather goods and local arts, at the regular programme of fairs and festivals. Excellent antiques outlets and art galleries are located throughout Perthshire.
