Hogmanay at Pine Trees Hotel 2010/11

30th December

You may check in from 2.00 onwards after which you are invited to relax and make yourself comfortable in our lounge areas and enjoy your choice from the complimentary afternoon tea menu.

Dinner in the evening will be served in the Garden Restaurant from 6.30 pm onwards.

31st December

New Years Eve starts with a very relaxed breakfast which is served from 8.00-9.30 am

Complimentary light lunch will be available from 12.00 before your departure at 1.15 prompt for a visit to Pitlochry Festival Theatre for this years festive show - Cinderella. This is the first time Pitlochry has staged a pantomime and it is sure to be a huge success!

In the evening, we will welcome you with a complimentary pre- dinner, glass of Champagne from 6.30pm onwards. This will be followed by a 4-course dinner served in the Garden Restaurant. During the evening you will enjoy music and dancing with the Strathallan Ceilidh Band who will take you in to the New Year in traditional Scottish fashion.

To welcome in the New Year, there will be a Grand Fireworks Display in the garden in front of the restaurant.

1st January

Your first breakfast of the New Year will be served from 8.30-10.00am after which we recommend that you join the:- Pitlochry New Year Street Party at 1.00-4.00. This event grows bigger and better each year and is a great way of spending the first day of 2011 with live music, hot food and gift stalls with time to visit parts of Pitlochry you may not have visited before.

Complimentary light lunch and afternoon tea will be served from 12.30 and throughout the afternoon in the lounge areas.

You will start the evening from 6.00pm onwards with a complimentary glass of bubbly, followed by dinner in the Garden Restauran.

Musical entertainment this evening will be provided by our regular string Quartet - Suitable Strings - whose repertoire will appeal to all tastes.

2nd January

Your final festive breakfast will be served from 8.00-10.00am after which it will be time to say goodbye to most of our guests and hope to see you again in 2011!
