The Pine Trees experience would not be complete without the delicious cuisine and delightful service in the Garden Restaurant.

Our tempting menus offer a selection of classic, hearty dishes, with the occasional cosmopolitan twist, making the most of Scotland’s rich natural larder. Guests' favourites include the sumptuous local fish, lamb or game, all served with delicious fresh vegetables. Dishes such as the haggis tartlet or the Pigeon in Sherry Sauce encourage more adventurous palates. Our menu reflects a wealth of Scottish provender, including Orkney Herring, Arran Mustards and cheese from the Isle of Mull to name a few.

I just want to say thanks to the staff who made our stay so enjoyable, we are nurses who had originally booked in for our stay in April but due to Covid this was not to be, we had booked to take our colleague who recently retired away for a treat and what a treat we had. From the lovely man who checked us in to the bar staff and waiters who were all so friendly and appeared to thoroughly enjoy their work. We have worked tirelessly during this pandemic and this small break was well needed so thank you for making it so special. I would also like to commend you on being so proactive with social distancing and adhering to all government regulations this made us feel very at ease. We all can’t wait to return.
