Easter Fun at Blair Castle & Gardens
Just a 15 minute drive from Pine Trees, Blair Castle & Gardens offers a lovely family day out over the Easter holidays. From 3rd to 19th April, children can enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt inside the caste, here they search for the hidden eggs and solve a puzzle allowing them to win a small prize. There’s a dedicated activity day on Easter Sunday which features egg rolling, egg decorating and outdoor egg hunts taking place in the Hercules Walled Garden with deer- feeding sessions also available. In the afternoon, hop aboard a tractor ride for a fun wildlife spotting.

Easter Egg Trail at The Hermitage  
A 25 minute drive south from Pine Trees, The Hermitage is running a family- friendly Easter Egg Trail over Easter Weekend. Between 3rd to 5th April, children can follow a woodland trail of nature themed clues and puzzles and collect a chocolate treat at the end. Extra activities such as face painting, badge making and crafts are available on site at an additional charge. The trail starts from the lower car park, where families pick up their map before setting off.

Ziplining Adventure in Killiecrankie
Soar through the treetops at Killie Zip Park, an exhilarating way to spend Easter and experience Highland Perthshire. The course brings you across forest canopies, deep gorges and the River Garry on 11 thrilling ziplines, with each zipline offering its own mix of speed, height and amazing views. The Highland Fling
This is the first of its kind, a specially constructed bungee jump platform suspended under a bridge, over the scenic River Garry. Perched above a dramatic gorge surrounded by ancient trees, this once-in-a-lifetime free-fall experience of 40 metres towards water is for experienced thrill seekers only! Minimum age requirement of 14+.

Active kids' Adventure Park 
A 30 minute drive there is a lively mix of indoor and outdoor play, set in the Perthshire countryside. The park offers 11 acres of space to explore, this includes giant bouncing pillows, zip lines, pirate‑ship play areas along with different farm animals like donkeys, alpacas and rabbits. Indoors, children can enjoy a treehouse‑themed adventure zone, which includes tunnels for little ones and higher climbs for older explorers. It’s open all year including Easter and is designed for energetic and imaginative days out, whatever the weather.

Highland Safaris & Red Deer Centre
Highland Safaris is an extremely exciting day out with a blend of adventure, wildlife and gorgeous Highland scenery.
