When is check in and check out?
You can check in any time from 3pm on your day of arrival. On your departure day, please vacate your room by 11am. You can ask for an early check-in when you book, which we will try to accommodate if we can. You can also request a late check-out as you arrive for your stay. Please feel welcome to arrive sooner than 3pm to enjoy the hotel’s facilities.
Where is the nearest airport or train station?
The closest airport to Pine Trees is Dundee (32.4 miles), Edinburgh (54.3 miles), Inverness (59.6 miles), Glasgow (64.2 miles) and Aberdeen (67.4 miles).
Pitlochry train station is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel and is on the main Highland Railway line connecting London to Glasgow and Edinburgh and on to Inverness.
Can the hotel arrange transfers to and from the airport or train station?
The team would be happy to arrange transfers on request.
Is parking complimentary?
Yes, parking is free in the hotel grounds.
Is the hotel dog friendly?
We love dogs at Pine Trees and our Coach House, just moments from the Main House, offers six warm and thoughtfully designed rooms which are all dog-friendly. They are also welcome in the Flora Bar if you are dining at Pine Trees and in the lounge areas, but please note we do not allow dogs in Fauna restaurant
How far is the hotel from Pitlochry centre
Pine Trees is only a few minutes walk from the centre of Pitlochry and easily accessible from a number of attractions within the town.
Can you help arrange day trips or tours?
We would be happy to make recommendations for trip and tours or to help plan a full itinerary for your visit. There is a wealth of experiences right on our doorstep from distilleries to hiking, fine dining to shopping and our passion for Perthshire and the local area means we are always on hand to ensure you create the perfect plan for your stay.
