If you are looking for a taste of Scotland when you visit Pitlochry then the Pine Trees are for you. It has everything tartan carpets, log fire and spiral staircase. It is more like a country house than a hotel. The rooms are very bright and spacious and again have the country house feel with a very modern bathroom. Probably my favourite place was the quaint bar, It almost feels as if it is mandatory to drink malt whisky, so i obliged and they have an excellent selection.
