A light-filled Pinewood suite with period features and rural touches in the main house. Beautiful bedroom with king sized bed and a separate lounge area. The suite can be transformed into a family room via a comfy pull-out sofa bed to accommodate two children.

Located on the first floor of the Main House, the Molyneaux Suite is Pine Tree’s most historic room. Rich in character with beautiful original features and bathed in natural light, this generously sized suite looks out across the wooded valley beyond.

Located in the Coach House, a very short stroll from the main house. Stylish suite with separate bedroom and living area. There is a communal lounge area in the Coach House for you to relax in. Dog friendly.

Located in the grounds of the hotel just a 25 metre walk from the main house and restaurant. Sleeping two people, it has a luxury double bedroom, separate living room, ensuite bathroom with shower and a kitchenette.  

Located in Heatherbank House, a very short stroll from the main house. Our Evergreen rooms are large with a super king size bed and woodland views. Two of these rooms have shared balcony access, and one has a four-poster bed. You also have complimentary access to our Perthshire Pantry which offers fresh milk, fruit and freshly baked cakes and biscuits every day.

Located a short stroll to the main house in Heatherbank House. Our Highland haven room is a large room similar to our comfy luxe rooms, yet with the added benefit of a private balcony overlooking the woodlands.

Located in Heatherbank House, a very short stroll from the main house. Our very large open plan Pinewood suite has its own private terrace and separate bunk room with two children's beds, so is perfect for couples or families of up to four.
