Say farewell to 2026 and welcome in the New Year with us at Fauna, with an ecening of exceptional food, live music and some fantastic Scottish traditions. From the sounds of the pipes on arrival to raising a glass together as Midnight strikes, our Hogmanay Gala Dinner brings together everything that is makes a Scottish Hogmanay so special.
Your evening includes:
6pm | A Highland Welcome. Arrive to the traditional welcome from our piper from Drums and Drones, before stepping inside for a drinks reception and canapes.
7pm | Dinner Is Served. Our Hogmanay dinner is a five course celebratory menu, created using the seasonal Scottish ingredients, beautifully considered dishes and plenty of time around the table.
9pm | The Night Continues. After dinner, make your way through to Flora, where the live music sets the soundtrack for the night ahead. Find a cosy spot by the fire, order another drink or enjoy the music as we edge closer to Midnight.
11.45pm | It's Almost Time. As the final moments of 2026 approach, come together for the countdown with a glass of bubbles in hand and a few words from your host.
The best thing about celebrating at Pine Trees is that when the evening comes to an end, you don't need to go far for a luxurious nights' sleep. Stay with us over Hogmanay and wake up in the Highlands on the first morning of 2027, with a delicious breakfast waiting and whole new year ahead.
